The original version of ‘Killed U In A Dream’ was produced by I’MMORTAL, with mixing and mastering handled by the esteemed Mikaelin “Blue” Bluespruce (Solange, Blood Orange). biskuwi’s interpretation is enthralling and powerful. She transforms it into a melodic techno masterpiece by elevating the tempo, adding dramatic echo effects which create an air of expansion, with an electrifying melody and bassline which take the track to unparalleled heights.
biskuwi told us: “The original track’s dark, haunting atmosphere and beautiful vocals really grabbed me. I immediately knew I wanted to make a melodic techno remix that keeps these powerful qualities but makes it more danceable. My goal was to take listeners on a journey that captures the original’s emotions while getting people moving on the dance floor.”
